Pay My Bill

To pay your bill online, have your billing statement in front of you and follow the steps below.

  1. Check the logo. If the logo at the top of your statement says SLUCare Physician Group or SSM Health SLUCare Physician Group, proceed to step 2.
  2. Look for the service date. The service date is located in the blue section of your statement. It is the date the patient visited our facility to receive care, as identified by the description.
  3. Is the service date before or after July 1, 2022? SLUCare integrated with SSM Health on 7/1/22. To pay for a service before 7/1/22, click the first button below.  To pay for a service on or after 7/1/22, click the second button below. Then click Pay My Bill.

Payments will be processed within three business days of receipt.

Installment Plan Option Available

SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, offers a recurring payment option that allows you to pay your balance over time. Each month, SLUCare Physician Group will bill your credit card for an agreed upon amount until the balance is paid in full.

To set up a recurring payment plan, you must have a credit card on file with our billing office. To arrange, call 314-977-5050, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
