At our University Tower location in Richmond Heights, you can interact one-on-one with the team in our cardiac rehab facility. Our in-person program includes an orientation session, personal fitness evaluation, ongoing exercise sessions and health vitals monitoring. Team members are on-site to answer your questions, monitor your progress, and provide resources to help you develop heart-healthy lifestyle habits.
Our at-home program combines virtual visits, video and other digital resources to deliver a comprehensive program that’s as close as your home computer.
What can you expect from at-home cardiac rehab?
To determine whether in-person or at-home cardiac rehab is right for you, we’ll work with your referring physician and your insurance company to find a solution that accommodates both your condition and your health coverage.
